My process works like this we get on the phone go over your goals long term and short talk about what you have done in the past, what worked and what didn’t work discuss what are your unique and individual needs and circumstances are so that we can determine if working together is a good fit.

By the end of that initial conversation we will know if you’re a good fit for my distance coaching program and if I’m a good fit for you. I’ll tell you now that it isn’t for everyone.

If we decide that we’re a good fit then I’ll take you through my assessment protocol to determine exactly how to optimize your program for maximum results.

Then I’ll custom design your program specifically to fit your personal needs and goals and every training session will be individually designed for you.

No one-size-fits-all cookie-cutter program this is a custom-designed blueprint to guarantee that you finally get the results you want whether it’s lasting a 10-minute set with a certain weight, increasing your numbers or just getting up on the platform for your first ten minute kettlebell set.

Next we will go over a nutrition protocol with kettlebell sport in mind that’s tailored to you, proper nutrition is key to being a good kettlebell sport athlete.

Finally I will teach you all the tips and tricks to becoming an efficient kettlebell sport lifter.

If you work with someone on nutrition that’s going to cost you another $100-$200 per month. Being able to put those two together and coach you every step of the way, priceless.

The Periodized programming, the nutritional aspects, All of it is 100% personalized and like I said you have complete access to me with any questions, concerns or adjustments.

With my distance coaching program you’re investing just $100 per month to guarantee that you have everything you need to get you the results that you want 100% personalized to you!

Again this is not for everybody!

I have to be very picky about who I work with.

After all a hundred percent of the risks are on me because if you don’t get the results I don’t have a business. So I’ll be taking the chance on you (which I am more than happy to do if you meet the criteria)

  1. You have to be truly committed to your goals. They are your individual goals not mine but you must be committed to making them happen.
  2. You must be coachable. I’m going to build your success plan around your lifestyle, your goals and your unique circumstances but you have to be willing to follow the plan for work with me to adapt to it if we determine something doesn’t fit.
  3. No excuses or whining. I can only work with a select few people at any given time since I’m personally designing everything specifically for them, so I want to surround myself with positive, motivated people.
